Day Three: Old Smithville to Atlantic City Day Four: Alantic City to Marmora, Part One Day Four, Part Two
Day Five: Marmora to Belleplain Day Six: Belleplain to Newport Day Seven: Newport to Coyote Tracks Day Eight: Coyote Tracks to Parvin State Park Map Thanks to all those who contributed to the letter-writing campaign that kept Parvin State Park open! Thanks to their dilligence, we can stay there, and learn about edible wild plants! Day Nine Parvin State Park to Rowan University We're going to sleep in dorms, and see what the life of a college student is like. We're going to have air conditioning and showers!! Rowan University to West Berlin Thanks to the Fraternal Order of Police and the Mayor's office for making us feel so welcome in Berlin! Day Eleven: West Berlin to Shamong Day Twelve: Shamong to Chatsworth On familiar ground from last year's walkabout, we begin our final approach to home with a stop in beautiful Chatsworth, on the historic grounds of the Chatsworth Inn. Day Thirteen: Midnight walk through the ghost towns of NJ. Keep a brave heart, and keep your mind keen as we walk through a ghostly trail at midnight. We'll rest by day in the pines, and then brave the deep woods at the midnight hour. Day Fourteen: Add eight miles to this walk, that we accomplish at Midnight. Our trail ends just after dawn. We'll be at Miller Air Park, ready to fly, to walk to Keswick for a swim, and to have some of Mr. Mitch's famous chili!!
