Today we had a wonderful walk down the shore that took us to the spectacular campus at Monmouth University. The whole walk, including our trapsing around campus, amounted to fifteen miles. During our stay, we met Pam who came out to thank us for planting 175 trees in West Long Branch. The West Long Branch PBO also provided us dinner on the meal plan, and hungry as we were, we wolfed it down, all you can eat-- and eat we did! Mr. Murry came out to visit us and Brandt Dillon joined us on the walk. It was a great day. Later in the afternoon, we ran into gubernatorial candidate Chris Christie, who spoke about his childhood, his formative years, and answered questions about his politics. Later that night, we had a very intense soccer game before settling down to sleep.
