Young Entrepreneurs are already operating throughout the area. The problem is that what they are selling is illegal.

We believe that entrepreneurship is the best way to address these problems.

If youngsters can get into a legitimate business early enough, they will remain in the business, making a legitimate profit. We will be able to reduce the drug problem.
